  I have been a credit union member since 2014 and they have always been amazing. This last time Oct 2021, I applied for a loan online with Taylor she got it done within 4 hours. Approved and deposited into my account! She was pleasant, efficient and to the point! 10/10 would recommend!

  If you're looking for a trusted credit union to help you sort your finances don't choose saint Anne's on union st New Bedford. Their staff are not friendly or gracious. The staff seem overall to busy and annoyed to help their customers

  My daughter and I financed two vehicles through Coastal New England Credit Union. Taylor made the process so simple and she answered all our questions quickly. We are very happy with our experience and we got a great rate on our loan. I highly recommend them!

  I can't say enough about CNECU and how easy it is to do business here! This is my 2nd loan with CNECU and Taylor Mendes has made both of my experiences absolutely painless! It was as easy as 1-2-3! I had the approval on both loans very very quickly and with a low rate! I encourage you to call her as she will do everything she can to help. Thank you Taylor! I will definitely do business here again in the future!!!

  I have my car loan with this bank for 4 years now and had a great experience . I actually just refinanced and Taylor Mendes was really great and so helpful at getting me the best rate and lowering my payment so thank you so much for that not to mention she was super friendly .

  Great people and the service is spot on. This is a small credit union, but that makes it quite the advantage to them. I have accounts at the big banks and if you want to talk to someone 1,000 miles away who doesn't care about you or what you are trying to achieve then don’t change. I dealt with Tyler from start to finish on my refinance, he is not only a professional but has that good to do business with feel.. I not only speak of my experience, I have referred dozens of people here for auto loans and I have not received one complaint ever. Give them a try, and for the record this is not St Ann’s and never was, their previous name was St Anne Credit Union. It's a common misconception, enough so they switched their name to Coastal NE Credit Union which I can’t blame them for doing so.

  Been doing business with them since they moved to the location on Union St and have had nothing but great service. If it’s a bank that you wish to have a child to teen open an account it’s a great way of teaching savings or how to manage money when they get their first job.
