Chelsea Movilla-Diago2I drove through their ATM this morning and withdrew $40. I then parked and walked inside to have the $20.00 bills broken down into $5s and $1s. The teller started breaking down my bills and then asked me my name. Once she realized I wasn’t a bank member, she gave me back my money and said “I’m sorry, we don’t just give money to non members.” I was confused because I had just pulled money from their ATM, about 20 feet from where she stood. We use a military bank (as do 90% of the community here) and our branches are few and far between.

Kelly Boswell5The customer service at this location is great! Only 1 complaint and that is I think they close too early on Friday's. Most banks stay open until 6:00.
