      I want to give them 5 stars for previous business, but how do you lose my replacement bank card 2 times in a row??????? It’s been over a month since I’ve made the first request for one. I have called managers, showed up in person, and used the online help. I literally cannot pay rent this month until I get a card. I’m looking at other bank alternatives as we speak

      Best bank I've ever had. The staff is always friendly and excited to help solve your issues and I've never had a problem with fees or anything. Online banking platform is wonderful and easy to use. Would reccomend this bank to anyone!

      Since they were bought out a few months ago, the local friendlinesses has gone. Different employees are constantly working, making it difficult for anyone to make that personal connection. The online banking procedure is confusing as to how they credit and debit transactions and the order in which they do so.
