  Veronica Munsey was very helpful and patient from the start. Everything was done online and she took all the time necessary to answer my questions and guide me through the process. She was very clear on what I needed to do and what she needed from me. I have already referred someone towards Royal United Mortgage and will continue to do so.   Exceptionally pushy. Every few days, I'd get a phone call being rushed to send them something else. Each time, we'd get further and further from what I asked to get out of the refinance. They went on about how they offered "the lowest rates" and I almost believed them. I went through paying for and getting an appraisal, weeks and weeks of being rushed to send "one more document". Finally, we're near the end and then I get hit with "you'll need to come up with a few thousand dollars up front..." I stopped listening. I then made one phone call to my current bank and got a matching rate. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

  I’ve worked here for over 2 years now and I’ll admit, I was a bit nervous to make the transition from teaching, but it has turned out to be a great change! I’m still able to help change people’s lives and this job has allowed me the opportunity to take control of my career and income, there truly is no ceiling here when it comes to earning and advancement. The management has supported me all throughout with great training and pushed me to be better everyday and now I am in a position to share that knowledge and support with others.

  Horrible experience. I was targeted as a senior citizen. After weeks of back and forth and being told that I qualified for a lower interest refinance, they forced me to pay for a $900 appraisal before telling me I don’t make enough money to pay the lower 2021 interest rate. I have the best credit but dealing with these obviously incompetent folks has me afraid for all of us seniors. Never Never trust these folks. As a follow up. After this review I was contacted by Royal United and they offered to refund my loss. Not sure if they follow through, but I need to be fully honest so I gave them the second star.
