  I have my personal accounts with Wells Fargo, but found out that they have maintenance fees for any business accounts. That was when I found out that First Citizens offers a free business checking, which as a brand new small business was exactly what I needed. This branch is just a minute from my house so I swung by and got everything set up. The people here have been great to me from day 1 and have really looked out for me. There have been so many things that most banks would have charged 3 different fees for, but First Citizens has taken care of me time after time!

  First Ctizens bank is a minute walk from my business place. I stopped by to find out about a business account. I received helpful information. Overall, very satisfied visitation and I look forward to conduct long term business with them.

  This people don't take business for series. This is second time they don't keep promises. Wait to the very last moment, never call us back, never pick up the phones, to cancel our deal, with no explanation. They explain this by pointing on the mess on the table.
