      Can't say enough great things about this bank, especially this branch. Josh Apel is the most responsive and professional business and personal banker I've ever had the privilege of dealing with, and his staff is outstanding. Banking here for life!

      The local staff is great. But that's about it, been with them for 6 months. Issue after issue after issue. Banking app is broken, website down for weeks on end. Rude customer service from the 1800 number. Spend 30 minutes on the phone unable to "find your account". Hope Trump shuts these banks down.
