  We had a great experience because Brad made it great! He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and I felt he was available if I needed him. We never met face to face but I still felt like an important client and we established a solid working relationship. He explained things I didn't understand which helped keep the whole process stress free...which is hard when it comes to such a major life purchase. I would definitely recommend Brad to anyone.

  Brad Thomas worked on my behalf and he made the home buying process a breeze. His communication with me throughout the entire process was incredible. Specifically, he kept me informed enough to know exactly what was going on, but worked hard enough to keep buying a home completely stress free. Not to mention, that while he was completely profession throughout the entire process, he was super cool to talk to and create a friendship with! Brad teamed up with my real estate agent and together, they made the home buying process easy! I truly feel that it was a blessing from God that I had him in my corner as a first time home buyer! Would 10/10 recommend everyone to use him!

  Brad was super responsive to work with. Every time we would have questions he would make sure we had the information we needed. Brad also worked super hard to make sure that we were able to find the right products for us. He acted as a liaison between us and another banking service to close a concurrent HELOC. With all the moving parts to a mortgage, it was great to know that we had someone experienced and professional to help guide us.

  Bradford Thomas is just awesome! Totally professional and knows his industry inside out! I would recommend him to anyone getting ready to look for a new home - pre-qualify with Brad and he'll get you to signing before you know it! Brad was very upfront during the pre-qualifying process as to how much mortgage I would qualify for and what I would need for closing, and his ballpark numbers were remarkably close to the final closing numbers! He stayed in contact throughout the entire process. I went from making my offer to signing on my new home in just over 30 days - and this happened during the Christmas/New Years holidays!

  This is the second mortgage I have gotten using Fairway Independent Mortgage with Brad Thomas as my loan officer. He helped me immensely work through things and helped get my loan approved without a problem. Very professional but also very congenial to deal with. Highly recommend.

  Bradford Thomas provided exceptional service. It took a year to get into a home because our finances needed adjusting. He helped us formulate a plan and tweaked it along the way as needed. He was always available to answer questions and made the entire home buying process easy and stress free. Highly recommended.

  From the beginning of our introduction to Brad, and throughout to the finish line of closing day, we had such an amazing experience with Brad. In this fast paced market he is a quick responder and great communicator. We were competing with many buyers and homes were selling same day. This was a lot of pressure for us and Brad’s authentic personality and professional skill set helped us to stay focused and encouraged during the process and made us feel like more than just a number.
