      Slowest.bank.ever!!! Every single visit!!! Today, one car in the drive thru and 26 minutes to even get up to the window. 40 minutes total to deposit one check. This is par for the course here. And NEVER a "Sorry for your wait".

      Possibly the worste banking experience of my life. Tellers are rude and the manager at the mendenhall location is definitely on a power trip never met the woman before in my life and while i was in another office talking to a loan specialist she barges in yelling ! No wonder first citizens is shutting down branches
