  I would give a zero if I could the way Howie speaks to a customer is unheard of and Doug was addressed of a issue and acted like he was taking care of the issue but then never called back. When we called again we were introduced to the unpleasant and unprofessional Howie...... It was a simple and easy conversation that lead into cursing and screaming from Howie. Unprofessional and highly aggressive when you find a issue that they should have caught when selling the car. Take your money somewhere else and get a safe reliable car where people actually care about the customer safety and the safe car they put you in to drive off there lot. Not bald dry rotted tires that don't hold air and wont pass inspection when taking somewhere else to go over the car. Then state that's why they are still in business because they don't sell cars with new tires as its a used car dealer and we get what they were sold kinda unheard of. If you do decide to purchase a car from this used car dealer don't go by yourself if your a lady and make sure to take it somewhere to have it looked over to make sure you get what you pay for and best of luck

  Doug and Kevin rocks! I brought a pre-owned 2016 Audi q5 for my wife's 50th Birthday from First Choice Auto and I am so happy I did. I wanted it to be a total surprise to my wife on her birthday so when she went to work that morning, Doug and Kevin delivered the vehicle to my house, clean and packed with Happy Birthday balloons in the back. It was a surprise she will never forget! The Audi runs great and she loves it. BIG UP!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 First Choice Auto! Well Done!

  My wife and I were desperately in need of a reliable used SUV, and needed it ASAP. Decided to travel north of Putnam county, where I came across a few small used car dealers. After leaving the first dealership, which looked almost like a combination of a private residence, and some sort of garage, (which my wife strongly expressed her discomfort), we drove literally less than a mile north, and ran into 2 other small used car lots. These two actually seemed like they were legit. Many cars to choose from, and we ended up going with First Choice Auto, because the service was excellent, and the vehicles were very clean, compared to what we saw online from other dealers. Doug and his team did an awesome job, and my wife was convinced that the vehicle was worthy of purchasing. Have to give this dealership 5 STARS, for making me and my wife happy, and would definitely recommend to any car shopper.

  Wow Doug and his son Howard are really solid fellas! We drove to Wingdale from Albany NY almost 2 hr ride for a Vehicle we liked, we test drove it and there were some minor work that they fixed within a couple of days so we headed back after a few days to pick our vehicle up. When we got there we took it for another test drive and i heard something that i didn't hear the first time I drove her. I asked Howard to take a ride to hear what I was hearing, he was patient and took the ride. They were up front and honest the whole time! We ended up getting our deposit back no questions asked because we were not comfortable and they without hesitation gave us our money back without any pressure to take another vehicle! No pressure at all down to earth and honest the whole time. I'd recommend First Choice Auto to my own family, great experience!

  Thanks to Doug an staff !!! buying my car at you're dealer ship was the smoothest transition ever you guys got me in an out even picked me up to get my car witch is a good thing as well since I live an hour and a half away thank you so much so happy with my new car !!!! already looking to buy another car from you guy asap thanks !!!

  Great experience! Their listing was so thorough, I was able to find all the information about the vehicle I needed, and the few questions I did have they were able to answer quickly. Communicating with the team was quick, too. As an out-of-state buyer, I expected the process to take much longer, but the team at First Choice Auto made everything so easy, I was able to register and take home my Jeep Wrangler within a week. I highly recommend them!

  I had a great experience at First Choice. They made the car buying experience painless and easy. They were even so nice to pick me up from the metro station to take a test drive. I’ve had the car over 4 months now, and I am very happy with my purchase. Car is performing great. I highly recommend First Choice.

  I don't usually write reviews but I had a great experience at First Choice Auto. I bought a 2005 Lexus GX470. The car was spotless and well maintained; the cleanest one I could find and at a great price (unfortunately I don't see an option to add a photo to this post). The owner Doug was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I'll be going here again when it's time to replace my sedan. Highly recommend.

  Real nice people I guess but got Talked into a 5000 dollar POS. Break issues immediately now an engine that looks to be overheating. Thanks for proving once again you can’t trust anyone. 👍

  Highly recommend this dealership. No pressure sales. Doug was very easy to work with got me in and out quickly. Great selection of cars and very reasonable prices. Go check it out you won't be disappointed.
