  Appointment fiasco. I waited a month for an appointment to open an account. Took the time off or work and everything. 2 days before the appointment was canceled and I had to reschedule for a week later over the phone. I again schedule the time off work and show up today for that appointment and am told that the appointment had been for two days earlier (by mistake, I assume, we confirmed the new date and appointment time). I'm not going back.

  I have always been treated very respectfully and with a smile. The branch manager (Angela) - not sure if she is still there, is super awesome. No matter what my issues are, she is more than willing to address it and make the necessary corrections. Also, Christine, who is one of the tellers, always takes care of me promptly and with a very positive attitude. It's a pleasure to do my banking with this branch.

  Poor customer service skills and inadequate customer appreciation. We are currently experiences a hurricane and I needed to pull cash from the ATM. The ATM malfunctioned and did not give me cash but registered that my money was taken. When I addressed the issue to the teller she stated that the machine had been malfunctioning all day. If that is the case, then why wasn't there a sign? They continue to allow customers to use the broken machine but refuse to help me get my money back. I have another account with Bank of America and whenever I have issues with their equipment I am reimbursed the same day. The teller was inconsiderate to my situation, especially considering the hurricane we are experiencing. Overall, I would definitely recommend investing in another bank.

  I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service and speed at the drive thru at this location. I deposit our rent check into our landlords account and have had no problems whatsoever. The staff is super friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend making here.

  This branch is awful. They do not answer their phones at all. The type of appointment I need is not available to book online. I have to go to Round Rock to get anything taken care of.
