  Tried to make a return on some airpods that had a 30 day return policy with a fee clearly states on the paper I was being respectful and calm and was denied the return even though I just bought the product the day before. My problem wasn't even that I was denied the return it was simply the way I was treated for just asking she was very rude and I felt very disrespected terrible customer service on her part. I believe it was crystal the manager. Although the other lady there with the glasses was very sweet.🙂

  Just don’t buy here. Not a thing. Overpriced and they lie about it. Sick. As bad as the brown trail store. Scammers and trailer trash that work here. Typical of character actors you’d see in a movie. Fat, slobbish, know it all, dishonest and smelly.

  This place is rude, and doesn’t even know gun laws, I went in to buy a gun and register it for my wife(who was present) but the refused to sell it to us becuase “I did all the talking, so I had to be registered to me” The gun needed to be sold and registered to my wife because it was going to be her gun to carry. Very unprofessional.

  I come to this place anytime I need a small loan or quick cash from a pawn (Huge variety of inventory as well). Interest rates aren't bad and the staff go above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. If I could give this place a 6th star I would. Crystal & Kyle (Not so green) are the real MVP's!!! Return customer for sure!!

  Left my home in hopes of selling a couple things got here at 5:54 it says open till 6 but guy walks out and says oh we’re closed/closing . But it says open till 6 if the employees don’t wanna work simply quit your job instead of wasting my gas and time just so they can get home 5 minutes faster . Thanks for nothing hope no one else waste their gas and time with this place

  Complete highway robbery!!! Tried to buy a firearm and was just lied to and taken advantage of. Was told my background check was delayed and was made to put it on layaway. Stole my money and never called. The worst customer service I have ever received and acted like they didn't want to make a sale even with cash in hand. Do not give them any type of business, you will be disappointed.went do a different location the next day and walked out in 45 minutes with a firearm in hand.

  Nice experience. My son and I have been here twice looking at handheld gaming devices. Both visits, the saleswoman was patient and kind. She was willing to bring out a variety of items for our consideration. We were given undivided attention and were treated with friendliness. When the phone rang, it was answered politely. This is a fairly busy pawn shop.

  ATTENTION ATTENTION !!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ too all customers...... if you are a firearm enthusiast like me please do not bring this place any business. They are over pricing all their firearms used and new well above market value. I highly advise if your are going to purchase through them do your homework before doing so. They are not fair on any of the pricing of their firearms. I advise all firearm enthusiast if your going to sell or buy there is plenty of places that will value your items closer to what they are worth then this sad excuse for a business. I understand they are in business to make money. There is fine line between making money the right way vs the way they handle their business. The manager of this establishment is a joke. If your purchasing through this business please make sure all your paper work is correct. I had the experience with a purchase where a new employee did not understand how the paperwork for a background checked worked which is fine that they want to learn. The problem i had was there was a mistake on the paperwork that if incorrect needs to be corrected initialed and dated before being sent along with my signature. The manager stated that the information did not need to be fixed. Everyone reading this that has had background checks before knows that if you send false or missing information it is grounds for a denied background check. SO PLESSE everyone hear my words when I say dont do business with this establishment. They dont have proper people trained to handle that kind of work. If you dont believe me find out for yourself.   Overall the place is nice. The reason I gave 2 stars is because I'm still upset that they did not honor a price that they clearly had on a ring I wanted to buy. It was in the sale case with a "WOW" tag on it and it said $169! When I went to purchase the manager looked at the ring and said we can't sell the ring that cheap because it had another tag attached to it that said a much higher price. Needless to say I loved the ring so I put it on layaway. Whatever happened to businesses having to honor the marked price???
