  Worse pawn shop I've ever been no joke! I've gone several times to this one to see if their prices change throughout the time and their still the same, disappointing just as their place. Everything in the store is literally about the same price as if you were to buy it at Academy, Target, Walmart but New. Won't be going in again. Especially the fact that they are not welcoming at all. Don't go if you're thinking about it.

  Outstanding customer service! I went in to purchase a ring for my wife and the manager in charge Kayla told me of the special that is going on about buying one item and getting another half off. So my wife happily received a beautiful ring and a pair of earrings. 10/10 recommend this place. They make you feel welcomed and try to help you out as much as possible.

  Manager’s name was Kayla At first really nice friendly anything to get me to buy something after I purchased I explain my situation that I’m from San Antonio so I’ll be coming out of town so I decided on my second payment just paid off so I gave them a call for hours prior to me arriving and asked what time do they close told him that I might be there 10 minutes before closing time if that was OK with them they said yes but we will not be here a minute later than 8 o’clock from there I thought And felt a bad vibe did not feel like good customer service so I told him who I am what I purchased and then I was going to be arriving at the time that I previously had said repeating myself I end up arriving 20 minutes prior to eight which is closing time handled my paperwork and say I’m here to pay it off And get my ring she walks to the back not a minute later walks back to the front and says we close our safe at 7:30 and explain myself that I had called and they should have explained that during my car for hours prior to me arriving explaining my situation that I was going to arrive 10 minutes prior to closing If it wasn’t for the policy that they have of finding me $164 for returning my item and not following through with my purchase I would do so in a heartbeat because that’s customer service that they’re providing everyone should be updated on the safe policy and therefore explains his customers prior to their arrival Never again will I do service with them they lost a good customer due to I want it more rings and hopefully purchase firearms from there Mind you the phone call was provided by the manager And my formation was given to the manager and as a manager it makes the store look bad not only the store but the rest of the coworkers and the owner of the business the manager doesn’t even know his own policy and how to speak to people and remind them that 30 minutes till closing they will not be handing out any items due to the safe being close therefore I would not have from San Antonio being a four hour distance Terrible terrible terrible disappointed Of the valley!!!!!

  This place is awesome, service was great ppl, They were very attentive onwards my needs.They have been nice to me and I’m now faithful to them. Definitely will be back they helped me out with my return even bought back my items when i no longer needed them. Mr.Hernandez was awesome fair prices and awesome service.

  This place is 50/50 that you get a good deal or get treated right, also there google hours is different from their store hours google says 9am while the store is still closed and they told me they open up at 10 that’s false advertising change the hours you have me waiting outside for a while hours just to buy back my PS4

  All I can say they need to change there attitude towards people and also the way they sell stuff don’t walk up rude or tell the customer what or what you need really that is so unprofessional. If the owner would see what the reviews are saying about there store it would give them understanding why there stuff is still there and not selling change you employees worst place never again !!!

  Excellent prices and alot of good variety in items, but people working there lack of professionalism. They are lazy, rude and not well coordinated in customer service.
