  They sold me a mini fridge and didn't even bother to test it or offer me warranty , now they are saying that I'm stuck with it as is no refunds. They need to fire the person in charge rude and dont need to be there.

  I agree with the other statements. The staff is incredibly rude. I stood there and they literally looked at me while they were screwing around, talking to each other. HORRIBLE customer service. Unfriendly staff. DO NOT GO INTO THIS PLACE. GO SEE CARLOS AT TEXAS CASH PAWN INSTEAD. I made a major purchase too. Carlos got my business. Their loss not mine. Learn how to do business properly, and learn what customer service is. 👎👎👎👎👎

  I simply walked in and asked thw gentlemen if they did payment options to pawn a tv and pay it back and he rolled his eyes and didnt even let me finish and rudely interrupted me saying yes a loan. it was he way he did it and how he belittles me as a customer making me feel like i asked a dumb question. this is not the 1st time hes been rude to not only me and my mother n brother. if i couldnt get the money thats fine. but your customer service will never have me go in there again. hes that ugly bald dude with a beard. rude ass!! ive had enough of people like that

  If I can give them zero stars I would!! Took our Matthews bow in to get a loan on it and the guy in there insulted us with a $100 loan offer!! He also said he just paid $600 for a bowtec.. really?? And only offer $100 loan for a Matthews!!?? Went down to Texas cash pawn and they gave us what we wanted to get! I'll never be back into first cash pawn ever again!!!

  Got in a bind had to pawn some stuff here. Got it out. The tv didn't work, my tablet wouldn't connect to WiFi and that's after they had it on the shelf to sell it though I had been paying for it!! Their staff is all rude and because I paid to have the ticket out they didn't even care nothing worked afterwards.. funny it was all fine when I took it obviously because they have to check. But anyways avoid this place

  Always have terrible customer service !! It doesn't matter if you're in the store or on the phone with them it always bad. Poor service has caused me not to purchase something I wanted many of time.

  Had several bad experiences at this location, and will never go back after the last one. The staff tell you one thing and the manager tells you another. Rude and unprofessional. Not to mention their restroom has been out of service for the past year. Use some of that money you jip people out of and call a plumber already.

  Manager here is slow with assisting customers and is very rude, do not recommend buying from here.
