  I needed to withdraw some of "my money" to purchase a vehicle on Saturday. I drove to Corsicana as this showed to be the only branch open. The lobby was closed, and the drive through teller told me they can't allow me that much of "my money"! I lost the vehicle as others were interested. Thank you for convincing me to put my money elsewhere. This is horrible customer service.

  I got business account and personal account with this bank, I don’t think so good bank because they don’t have pictures deposits on app and no ATM check deposit either that’s Mean not good convenien at all

  The worst customer service as far as loan officers. We had got a small loan to build credit (with a previous loan officer) and paid it off as months later went back to continue building and we got treated like we were poor, we were bothering him when we came in the bank. "Aaron" constantly forwarded our calls to voicemail never not once returned our call to tell us yes or even no. No was fine but at least have the respect to let us know and not dodge our calls. That is the most disrespectful thing you can do in a place of business. I am withdrawing my account today and moving on with another bank because I don't appreciate being treated like I'm less then a human being.

  As a working person, I need lobby services too. Bank lobby closed on Saturdays and was also closed on black Friday. Also, noticed charging me a $5 fee monthly for not using bill pay services. CLOSING ACCOUNT!!!

  I live in Dallas but work in Corscicana and needed a second bank for my direct deposit. I have only been with this bank for 5 months and so far they have treated me so well. I have nothing but Positive things to say about this bank. The employees are so Welcoming and the customer service has been superb!!! If your needing a good trust worthy bank, don’t hesitate to give them a call. One happy Customer. :)

  Both my son's set up appointments to meet here. My first son got in okay but by the time they got to my second son, they didn't even know anything about it. What a joke. They really should have more than one person know what they are doing instead of leaving rude people who make comments like" We don't know you or anything about you." The" lady at the counter is lucky I wasn't there because I would have said", Then I suggest you learn how to do your job instead of being ignorent of the situation.

  Bad experience. Opened new checking acct. Never offered checks. My debt card keeps getting locked for possible fraud. No one to talk to regarding unlocking it after business hours. Unable to use it for purchases. Has been locked twice days apart. NEVER BEEN MORE UNSATISFIED WITH A BANK BEFORE. THIS BANK SUCKS. IF THEY HAD A MINUS STAR I WOULD HAVE CHECKED THAT.

  Anyone else been having issues with the bank charging you twice over the weekend? Happened to me in may and community said it had a blackout weekend. Money has been missing and Lee from business dept said to find out what's missing and they will replace it. What's the point in putting money into account when the bank doesn't protect it? I been waiting for a call back all day about this issue.

  First, could you please update your hours on your website. On Saturday the bank opens up at 8:30 am til noon, but drive thru only. Is the Bank really open on July 4th? You can't go by the website. The staff is very Friendly!

  Greg Olsen and Community National Bank and Trust is "my bank." The service is exceptional and friendly. The bank is run as a bank of the people for the people with excellent fiduciary duty of investments, trusts, and all accounts. I highly recommend Community National Bank and Trust for all your banking needs.
