Terra Moton5Emilio was AMAZING!! They were very busy for Christmas, and when it was my turn, he showed me everything I wanted to see!! Then he cleaned my item and put it in a gift bag for my niece!! Just AMAZING!!

Jonathan Artis1Thought the staff is pleasant to look at. I have never had a good experience in this location. The staff is often rude and chooses to cater to a lighter color of brown skin. Spanish people are treated well at this location as Africa Americans always seem to have complaints about this location. As for management, your not even allowed to speak to them as the staff guards them as the were the crown jewels. I keep trying to give this place another chance but in the 6 years I've lived in Garland. This is how this 1st street branch operates.

Garland Owls111Horrible place! First Cash Pawn deserve a zero rating. DO NOT get a loan or sell your items at this location and I highly suggest you go somewhere else. They were being rude and acting funny while I was selling my Ipad but I bushed it off because I desperately needed the money for my family at that time. I regret selling my Ipad to them and I should went to a different location.

Choice Rose1Horrible pawn shop, borderline sleezy negotiated to a price and literally right before paying another girl raises the price up $20 from looking in amazon. This is not how you do business I can take loss but you don't sweep the rug out from under people. Honor your price I will never spend a penny with these sleez balls. If I could I'd give them negative 1000 stars

QuabmasM1As you can see, everybody who deals with this pawn shop hates this shop because they actually do SUCK at service. Imagine going to Neverland(in the Peter Pan movie) and trying to get good service from a bunch of kids...likewise this place is ran by a bunch of morons. Years ago I couldnt pawn certain items for silly reasons. Also my mom pawned a brand new large flat screen tv in box that she bought cheap from Black Friday sales and when she went to get it back they told her they sold it....wait, read that again: she PAWNED it and THEY TOLD HER THEY SOLD IT!(selling a pawned item is a huuuuge breech of contract, especially if the person has been paying and paying and paying on it to get "IT" back...not any old tv or a similar make and model but "IT"). She is a very smart woman when it comes to bad service so she asked them what they were going to do about it. They werent apologetic or anything....they told her she can pick among the crappy tvs they have at the price range they felt the tv was worth. Because the tvs they had sucked and she hated their service(treating her like she owed them an apology rather than visa versa) she asked to speak to a manager and was thinking about suing them. It didnt take them long to realize they owed her pretty much whatever she asked for within reason(the the exact tv model or the REAL cash value of the tv, not the bogus dirt cheap price they came up with). Even now, I was looking to find something from a local store and shuttered at the thught of this store. I figured "What the hey, let me try them again...its been years" and I called. A lady answered the phone muttering something and I asked if this was the pawn shop....she hung up on me(probably because its almost time for their store to close). I dont mean to seem racist because Im not but....this just isnt how you do business in the USA. I dont care how bad customers can be....you dont treat folk like this. Take a trip to Japan and youll be shocked at how serious people take their jobs(you can feel their positive energy in trying to serve you...even as a foreigner). I never felt like I was in Sesame Street so much as when I was in Japan. Everybody wasnt like that, but businesses pretty much all were as were a majority of the people you interact with. Dealing with First Cash, youd think you were in the Twilight Zone or some west coast hood movie. Save your money and your business...let this place rot until its out of business or at least until it changes its name on account of declaring itself new and improved with different management. Id compare this pawn to going to a robbery department store where you are guaranteed to get robbed or your money back which makes no sense because First Cash Pawn makes no sense. I sometimes see the employees at near by stores and its just funny how much of a prick these people are even off the job....they really think they are God's gift to those in need of pawning. They should rename it First Robbery Pwn(as in pwning people...look it up if you dont get the reference). I am blessed and happy to know I will never go back to their crap hole ever again...in fact, I wont call them neither.

J Payne1Terrible customer service.. Prices are marked up higher than retail and when i showed them they took $10 off the price which was still more than a brand new unit. Would not recommend spending your money here this place is a rip off.
