  I went into this bank no sure of what I really wanted to do, The staff was very helpful with so much information they shared. The branch was beautiful and everyone seem to be wearing a smile that showed how much they really enjoy their positions there. A very special thank you to Dolly Sonya for all her help and taking her time explaining everything to me.

  I've been banking with the same bank for many years and noticed First Carolina Bank at one of my favorite locations - La Promenade. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by lovely staff. I met with Heather Alexander who was very professional, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. She was very thorough in all the bank's offerings and what would suit me personally. I'm very thankful for her expertise!

  I drive by this bank often, and I love the new building's look from the outside. I have heard good things about it, and I am planning to find out more about their checking accounts. I imagine it is a bank where each customer is made a top priority.
