  I've been with FNB for 35 years, I support the home town and they support me. Never problems only solutions! I still like to walk in and I plan to continue for my remaining years! It's a family tradition!

  I have been a customer for several years with no problems- however- I sold some property and made a large deposit. I was assigned a personal banker, who clearly hated me. Honestly, it was laughable. The attitude that she has is childish and really made no difference to me. I came in one day after a vacation, I told her ( Liliana Garcia) that I wanted to cancel my debit card and get a new one, after using it at different stops on the road, I felt it may have been compromised. I gave my old card to the teller and asked her to destroy it. Liliana said she would cancel my old card and handed me a new one. I noticed strange changes on my account and contacted her twice about it with no help. (She also never sent any bank statements for my checking account but sent statements for my savings. I have asked several times to 3 different people and still nothing .) I finally called Master Card and it turned out that she did not cancel my old card and in 6 months $10,000 had been charged on the old card number... when I contacted the bank about it I was met with suspicion and disregard. One woman hung up on me- another woman accused me of somehow benefiting from this- I canceled the card!! I finally filed claims with the OCC, FDIC and the better business bureaus... it took awhile and they fought it but the money reappeared in my account- NO APOLOGY -Still no bank statements for my checking account- AND LILIANA GARCIA STILL WORKS THERE-

  My husband and I have banked with FNB Weatherford for years and have always been happy with the service, but since the transition to their new online banking system we have been less than impressed. Loan payments have not been applied properly, and I keep getting late notices for payments that have already been made, when in reality I have overpayed on my loan. I will now be forced to meet with my loan officer to go over payments one by one to ensure they are applied properly. I am not a happy customer.

  My family, and I have been banking with FNB for over 20 years. We wouldn't trust our money, anywhere else. When we need financial advise, or loans we always get treated like family. It's wonderful to be called by your first name, from each employee at the bank. You are treated with respect each time you enter the main branch. You are not just a number, or a customer, you are considered family at FNB. No big bank, will ever consider my banking matters as important, as FNB has for my family and business. Everyone has their opinions, but coming from a small business owner, and an actual customer whom has been banking with this community bank for this long I would not be stating something that was not true. FNB does in fact lives up to their Mission statement that "First National Bank Weatherford has helped neighbors build strong families, homes and businesses." My family, and my business sure thanks our FNB family for helping us out each time we needed them! From my family, to yours we recommend this bank for all your banking needs.

  From the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the nicest most welcoming staff I have ever worked with. I have several banks I work with on a daily basis and this branch at the Hudson Oaks office is by far the easiest and best banking staff I have ever seen. So glad we moved accounts over here. What a pleasure it is to have smiles and intelligence in one location.

  I have been using FNB Weatherford for many years and cannot say enough great things about the bank. They always do anything they can to help you out and you don't feel like you are just a number with them. Even though they are a growing bank they keep the small town bank feel. If you live or do business in Parker County this should be your bank.

  Used this bank for years and before me my parents. Everyone knows us when we walk into the bank. Love the home town feeling. Everyone is trained well, you can trust that your getting the best at First National Bank of Weatherford!!’

  Great bank ! I've known them for years, but finally had a chance to use them last month. They helped me solve a funding issue quickly, and helped me with the PPP. I couldn't believe how fast they turned around the paperwork. Huge thanks to Jarrod Dickey and Lin Bearden.
