Patricia Williams1My husband has been trying to talk to someone regarding a letter they sent and all his been getting is the run around. This is the first time either of us have heard of this bank, so I don't know what to think of their customer service.

Liz Little5It is important to me that my bank is locally owned. They personally know me when I walk in the door. I am not a number at First Bank AND I do not have to dial a 1-800# and hope for the best. They actually answer the phone when you call the branch! I have been a client for over 25 years and they are the best in my book!

Samantha Miller3Disappointed by this branch location. I’ve been banking with the same teller at this location for 6 years. I was in an awkward situation today where I needed a cashiers check to pay a tax bill, but I didn’t know the amount for it and they were closing in 20 minutes. I asked if I could pre-authorize or call with the amount because it needed to be done to avoid a penalty and I wouldn’t be able to come in the following morning because I was going to be on a plane to Charlotte at 7 am. The manager overheard my convo, didn’t even listen, she interjected, “we open at 9 am”. She clearly wasn’t understanding the situation I was in, and told me there were other branch locations who could help who were open later, so she gave me a map of locations which weren’t numbered correctly. I grew more frustrated. Extremely disappointed how I was treated. I do my personal and business banking here because of the fact that I can expect a personalized service at a local bank. This hasn’t been the case the last few times I’ve been to this location. One teller there is great and always helpful and she’s been there forever, I should know her name... If it weren’t for her I would say my whole experience is negative.

Christopher Hoffmann5Great bank. Great service. Love all the employees. Employees have worked there for years and you can contact them directly. Parking is wide open so you pull right in and get things done. Local owners. Love this bank!
