  This was my first time using a title loan and I was skeptically. I had called several different places and I was not happy with what they were telling me. I called First American and I spoke with Erica. She was so understanding and polite. I felt so comfortable with her. She helped me so much, she had me in and out in not time. She has a great personality, and she goes out of her way to help you. If I every have to use them again, I hope she is there. If you are every in need of a title loan please call Erica at First American, she is great!

  Years ago I used their services. I made timely payments and only borrowed what I could afford because I have been warned about the astronomical interest rates. They are still making soliciting calls and mailing flyers. Each time I refuse their service. The least that the staff member could do if they are going to still request your business is be pleasant. I called back because I didn't recognize the number, the lady spoke very fast and in a jumbled manner. So, I asked her what was the name of the establishment again. She sighed and seemed exasperated in her response. I was so glad to hang up. Only use this business when you are in a very tight crunch and have asked all family members, friends, church members, coworkers, banks, credit unions, and God.

  I've done business with the company before. I was surprised to see such bad reviews. Tynia is very nice, got me what I needed, and made me feel like family. I would recommend this office to my family and friends

  Ive used them on numerous occasions and they are great, much better than Titlemax; lower interest, and will work with you. Great customer service, quick and efficient. This the place if you need a small loan.

  I had a loan there years ago and recently went back. The new manager Tynia is very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The entire staff was very nice and it was nice seeing new faces who made me feel comfortable in my time in need. I would definitely recommend this location!

  My sister referred me to this place bc my husband has a semi truck and they are the only people who loan commercial cars. After reading the reviews I was scared to go there but called and spoke with someone who was very nice and pleasant so I decided to check them out. I did my loan with Tynia and she explained that she was the new manager. The staff was very nice and got me and my husband in and out in about 30 minutes. Thanks First American and staff on Tara Blvd!!!

  Samika was so patient and helpful with my mother-in-law getting her loan. She helped us get the max amount that we needed and I even got a referral bonus. I will remain a customer if need be!!! Past and present this team is great and very professional and friendly!!!

  I just want to say a few words about First American Title Lending ( the Jonesboro Ga location ). They have always been very helpful and supportive during the entire time I have been doing business with them. During a time when there was a major illness in my family they worked with me and showed they cared. Everyone in the office has always been very nice and willing to work with you. I would recommend their services to anyone needing this type of service. They will always be there for you. Leonard Wilkins

  I wish i had a no star option. I recently purchased one of their repossessed cars and have had nothing but trouble from the manager because he didnt have a current emissions done. Everyone else including the corporate office are nice and helpful.

  Do not go to this place!! I opted to try this title loan business and was very disappointed in the business practices. During the signing of the contract, they stressed that there is no grace period but neglected to inform us that the due date could change from month to month according to the number of days in the month. Every month they called BEFORE the bill was due, when I didn't answer the phone once, they started calling the references that was listed on the application. I gladly paid this loan off before I originally planned to. This is one company that I will NEVER do business with again. Harassment is never a good practice for good customer service.
