  Great place to shop; the associate at shop fixed a lawnmower that I needed. Got a call that evening the lawnmower is fixed and ready for pick up. Everyone is pleasant and friendly. Great place to shop around.

  The most off-putting, repulsive, extraordinary scandalous pawn shop I have ever come across! They have my shot gun that was STOLEN from me, and refused to let me Purchase it out of pawn without the thief there with me! They are not going to help anyone with anything! They are out to screw you!! They are disrespectful garbage! All they want is money! Stay away from this foul location! The bottom of the gene pool works there! I have been to so many pawn shops and have never been treated like this or ever had such malicious and dishonorable service! They are trash complete scum of the earth! I had to say this after I left this appalling, unspeakably nauseating, sickening, shameful shop! I WARN YOU NEVER ENTER THIS REVOLTING LOCATION!

  I bought a generator from this store on October 20, 2018. I had to bring it back becaues it didn't work. (I had to bring my own gas to test it) The guy said it is working now. Went back to the job I was working on and the generator did not work. The next morning October 21, 2018, I took the generator back ( within my 24 hour warranty) and they said we can't give you your money back. The guy that sold it to you is not here. They called the Manager and he said no refund. I called Clayton County Police. They said it is nothing they could do. Come back tomorrow when the mamager is here. Went to thr store this morning (October 22, 2018) the manager said he will give me a stor credit. I don't want nothing else from this store. I know several commissioners for Clayton County and I am contacting the BBB.

  Im not sure about all these bad reviews I come here often and every experience is good and I like and appreciate the staff they are friendly, helpful and very understanding. Two Thumbs up to this place!... To the guy who commented they are racist im Black and this location accepts my dollar with kindness every time.

  Rude people with no customer services ethics at ga.138 Jonesboro store. Merchandise are defective and fail to tell that you only have a 24hr warranty,and refuses to exchange things even for an lesser price item in its place. Stay Clear Of This Store"!!!!!!!!!

  I have been in this facility on numerous occasions and every time I go in they are very very very rude I am cordial I say hi to everybody and don’t get it in return they treat you like you are there to steal from them not spend money with them I guess they dont want these black dollars Because they only treat BLACKS like that
