  Working with First Access Mortgage was such an incredible experience to go through pertaining the refinance process. Jenna was on it and so easy to work with from day one!   I cannot say enough positive things regarding Jenna Whitmer (and Taffy) at First Access! I have used them twice now for a home purchase (and a refi) and have had top notch service with every interaction. Jenna is quick to respond to my crazy questions, and makes communication a pleasure, and is very knowledgeable. I felt like she taught me things every step of the way. I have called her with banking related questions and she never hesitates to help find the answer I'm seeking. This is a five star company with ten star employees.

  Jenna was amazing! I never dreamed we could close on a house in under a month, but she started working the minute we signed the contract—which happened to be on a Sunday. It was such an easy process, even though we were doing everything at a distance. I can’t recommend her and First Access highly enough.
