  The Flip Flop Inn was cute and clean, in a great location and very well appointed. It had everything we could want. We really enjoyed our week. It's in a great area to visit wineries, Watkins Glen and other interesting area attractions. The lake was quite warm and the water was clear. One thing to mention is that the steps down to the cottage were steep. It might be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. Overall though, I'd definitely recommend this rental!

  We rented magnificent "Tranquility" on Seneca Lake as a wedding week home base, for our daughter's wedding in May. We loved every minute of our stay. Our agent, Kim, was so kind and professional. She greeted us at the house and welcomed us heartily. She gave us a quick tour and instructions. She was available throughout our stay to help us if needed. The home itself was so beautiful, well equipped and gave us lovely views of the lake. We had the most delightful week. We cannot wait to visit again!!

  I rented the Stargazer property for a bachelorette party for my best friend. She was absolutely blown away by the house! Everything was clean, looked beautiful and was beyond accommodating for the 9 guests we had. The space allows for so much fun while using the tiki bar, the large kitchen, the 2 levels on the deck and huge dock on the water. The hot tub was an added bonus and a great way to end each evening. We could not have asked for a more perfect weekend away. We hope to be back again in the future!

  This house perfectly sleeps 4 kids, and 6 adults. This place was perfect for us to all get together for our family Thanksgiving with everyone coming from different places to meet up. This place is so comfy that we honestly don’t want to leave. We’ve made memories here that we could never could have made anywhere else. Just listening to the lake every night as we go to sleep just puts you in that sweet lull to drift off peacefully. The morning coffee out on the deck watching that beautiful sun rise. My daughter getting to roast marshmallows and see snowflakes for the first time in her life, all while having the amenities of home away from home. We will definitely be coming back!”

  Sadly, it rained every day, so we did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the outdoor activities. We really wanted to go for a boat ride, and use the property watercraft. Luckily, the wineries, breweries, distillery, and proximity to Watkins Glen made the vacation great anyway. We're hoping to return on a nicer weekend to enjoy the water activities! The property totally met our needs given the weekend conditions. If we rent again, we would search for a property with air conditioning (which we did NOT need this particular weekend!), a dishwasher (because this IS a vacation!), and more distance from neighbors (this was NOT an issue, because none of the neighbors were around, probably because of the weather!). The house is great, the location is excellent, and the lake is beautiful!

  For the past 3 years our group has used the listings of Finger Lakes Premier Properties for our annual reunion. We have stayed at a different property each year as our group has grown. Each property has been very well kept and exactly as described in the listing. We have found it very reassuring to know that we can choose any property with confidence. It would appear that the owners of nice properties like to use this agent. Perhaps that's because the process for renting is seamless, professional and the communication very good. We've already booked our event for next year! Highly recommend working with this service.

  “The entire FLPP staff, call center, maintenance, and housekeeping were excellent! Despite a few initial “glitches”, their service was nothing short of exceptional! Prompt, courteous, and professional from start to finish! The rental home exceeded our expectations! A “home away from home” experience! The home owners attention to their guests comfort was very obvious and appreciated! A beautiful home in a beautiful setting! Thank you all for the wonderful memories you provided me and my family!

  Not luxury but nice property but what's worst is the cleaning charges. I was told the house SHOULD have been as clean as it was, like the way it can be rented back. They shared pictures of small tissues, few pictures hanging side way and said it took them 15 more hours to clean the house which should have take 8 hours normally. Seriously????? For picking few extra piece of tissues? No real evidence, just kept repeating thay they need to deep clean? But aren't they suoose to sanitize anyways? And this is when they charges nearly 30% in cleaning charges upfront and then additional 30% post checkout.... Best experience turned into worst just by this cheap trick to squeeze out more money... And they don't reply back so be prepared to be cheated by after charges.... Reply: The photos provided dont show any proof that the house is a mess. Your manager is saying he can't do anything, you guys got nice property but you need nice people in management role if you guys want to improve business. And that starts with my refund

We understand your frustration, however, per the rental policies on our website and the agreement you signed, we are diligent in ensuring the cleanliness and protection of the homes we rent and will charge for excessive cleans. Rarely does such an incident occur but we are always transparent in our charges by providing photos. We are always happy to discuss such charges with our guests and, in your case, compromised with refunding part of the additional cleaning fee.   “What a beautiful house and location! There were six of us staying here and we had plenty of room. Loved the Thank you gifts left for us, that was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend Premiere Properties and this house to everyone. Big bonus was Billsboro Winery across the way, super friendly and their wine was very good. Thanks!”
