  Home First got us out of our adjustable mortgage and in to a low fixed rate. But here is the beautiful part... when they got us our fixed rate, the mortgage inception date DID NOT RESET!!! So we didn't have to start over with a 30 year fixed rate mortgage. This meant a lot to us because when Home First helped us, we already were about 8 years into our original adjustable mortgage. They really helped us.

  Our home was in foreclosure and I didn't think anything could be done to help but decided to go for Mr. Fine one-hour consultation. I brought all my papers and was told this hour he'd go over all my options and answer questions (I wrote down over 20 questions and he answered every one). Mr. Fine did find something - there WAS something in our foreclosure he could do. Our other attorney we had consulted with told us it was too late -nothing could be done.   I was the victim of an illegal foreclosure and was facing the imminent prospect of being evicted from my own home. Then, my lender initiated the foreclosure process, while at the same time, failed to even review my loan mod, and subsequently, sold my home. Charles Fine not only helped me defend my eviction action, but more importantly, filed a wrongful foreclosure lawsuit so that I could get back on title to my home.
