  This place is horrible. I've been paying for 2 months only to be rudely told that they haven't even got around to pulling my file. The customer service representative and her manager were extremely rude, uneducated and ghetto. I'm going to get ahold of the higher ups to let them know about the trash they have in customer service.

  The phone was answered by a lady with an American ethnic accent. I have been trying to repair my credit as most well know. She was correct as I got notified by the agency who bills for them. I was disheveled and confused as alot is going on. This guy Michael was awesum never could reach him. After confusion most likely my fault as my notes were reversed student loan and other I asked the person please clarify. That person hung up on me the same person answered again openly laughing about me called me this ni**$ thinks I care and hung up again.

  This company is a joke! To put it simple I have literally been paying them since April and it is now September. I have seen nothing, no change, no help, no contact, absolutely nothing! There are no refunds unless you complete the program in 12 months and I don't have the time nor the money to waste on this company anymore. I can much easier settle my own debts and credit elsewhere. Don't waste your time or your money here! PS I had to give at least 1 star or they wouldn't let me post!

  I was just taking a look at the reviews for FSI bcs i used to be an employee here and all of these negative reviews blow my mind. There are so many scam companies out there to talk bad about but heres literally one of the best consolidation companies in the U.S. and it only has a couple reviews which are very negative. They treat there employees like family as well as their clients. People walk away mad bcs of themselves and no-one else. In order for them to be able to settle any accounts they would need enough money to work with in order to make settlements. If thats not available then you'll just have to keep it moving until that changes. Now if you stay with them for a while and cancel then thats the worst thing you could do bcs your basically backing out of your chance to save a ton of money while fixing your credit. Now if you back out your right where you started with very limited options left. This system is meant to be seen until the end. and if you do so then all of your accounts will be taken care of as well as your credit, if you back out on your payments then you have nobody to be mad at other then yourself. Also when they "fix" your credit they only remove the bad things. they arent goinng to go to macys for you and buy things and pay them off to rebuild your credit. thats ur job. apply for a secured credit card at first.thats all it takes. but its also up to u to rebuild it. for most this is common sense but for those of you that need things spelled out for you. This works if you finish it. Again, Common sense. Like i said before, I worked there, and i signed up friends and family. My best friends mother couldnt believe how much it helped her straighten her credit out and get it back to something worth using. but again she completed it as in paid her monthly bill from start to finish and i wouldn't be signing up my loved ones for something i didnt have complete faith in... I hope this helps a few of you and i hope it gives you the reassurance that you need to actually do this and straighten your credit out bcs if used responsibly its a tremendous help, but just like anything else in life if its abused eventually ull be in over ur head and desperate for a way out. Thats wat FSI is there for...Goodluck.and again i hope this helps

  This company is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. I was hung up on multiple times and the customer service manager is the biggest embarrassment to mankind. I have no idea how this company is still in business. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Please do not waste your time or money on this joke of a company please!

  Financial security inc contacted me 6 months ago. I started my payments in March. They have settled one of my many accounts and are working hard to settle the others. I’m very impressed.

  The absolute worst company to work with.They will tell you what ever they think you want to hear, and deliver none of it. They don't care about there customers. They only care about getting your money.
