  Patti at Financial Concepts is absolutely amazing! I found a house and closed on it in one month and I was even out of state the whole time. She explained everything to me and made sure I was ready with all the money I would need for extra costs. There were no surprises and my first time buying a home went smoothly. Definitely recommend!

  Brian Manwell and his team did an outstanding job with helping us through the mortgage process. Brian was VERY responsive throughout the entire process -- always getting back to me with an answer or direction in a very timely manner (even during "off" hours).   We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions and needed explanations for a lot of things. I worked directly with Steve Bryan and Anna Barby, they helped us tremendously. Any question I had (there were a lot) they answered in depth and explained it to where we could understand. I definitely recommend using financial concepts, we couldn’t get a deal done with our bank because of the banks regulations they put on loans, financial concepts made it easy and simple and worked with me from start to finish. If I ever buy another home I will definitely be coming back.
