  Ricky, myself, and my buyers all worked together as a team to make the transaction go smoothly which made for a great experience for everyone involved. Ricky was instrumental in helping my buyers determine where their pricing comfort zone was with each property we submitted an offer on. He worked in tandem with me to put together the most competitive offer within my client's means and was always willing to call the listing agent to help instill confidence in my buyers ability to take the deal to close. He moved swiftly and was incredibly communicative the entire way. My buyers were rather nervous about the buying process and Ricky was incredibly cognizant of their emotions, always trying to help give them the information they needed to feel confident in their financial decisions. He is solution-oriented and proactive, exactly the kind of person you want on your team in this Uber-competitive market.
