  Andrea and her team are the actual best. She came highly recommended by our realtors during a complicated, cross-country selling/buying situation and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We talked with three other potential lenders, who were all fine, but connecting with Andrea sealed the deal for us - we could just tell she's a cut above and we were genuinely excited to work with her...who says that about a mortgage lender?!? She is knowledgeable, supportive, and super responsive. We went from "looking" to "we need a pre-approval today so we can put in an offer on the perfect house" in about 4 days and she jumped right into the fray with us - she even connected with our sellers' realtor to help strengthen our offer when we were up against multiple offers. Her team was so great about communicating with us through every step of the loan process so we always knew what to expect next and felt totally comfortable as we approached our closing date. We will absolutely contact Andrea for any future home purchases and recommend her widely to our family and friends!

  If you want your homeowners loan or refinance to go as smooth as possible, then hire Andrea Clark as your loan officer. Andrea is a true professional who proactively keeps you informed every step of the way and works behind the scenes to ensure the process, often laborious, goes smoothly with no surprises. Her team - and when securing a mortgage there is always a team - is also stellar. Anyone who has ever gotten a mortgage knows that the process is tedious, especially after the bust in 2008. The amount of information required seems ridiculous and as soon as you provided everything, “they” want more. For example, if you pass a statement date, as you will, you have to provide the new info for every source of income or savings. It is just the way it is. Period. Yet for the buyer or refinance, who knows they have exceptional credit, this can prove extremely frustrating. Andrea proactively explains the process, what to expect, the need for patience; she is there with you every step of the way. Always proactively communicating, giving guidance when needed, answering all questions thoroughly. There were times I sought her advice in how to handle issues that arose with the sellers, knowing she has years of experience, and her recommendations were spot on. In addition to her stellar skills, it is an absolute pleasure to work with Andrea. She is polite, professional and extremely responsive. Same is true of her entire support staff - thank you, Michelle! I highly recommend Andrea for all of your home loan needs whether you are purchasing a first home, vacation home or refinancing. I was so impressed that I have already given her contact info to a few friends looking to sell and buy in this hot market.   If you want someone to help you through the lending process, Andrea Clark is your best choice for help. She and her team responded faster than any professional situation (doctors, plumbers and everything between) I’ve ever encountered. I’m on the east coast, she is on the west coast. She still responded within hours. Everything was done on-line or by phone. She is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We all know buying a home or refinancing is stressful no matter if you are rich or poor. She made it so easy... and almost fun. I highly recommend her and her team for assisting with your financial needs.
