  I can't speak highly enough of Simon Gaskill, the loan officer that helped me through a difficult funding process that began with a different lending company's diligent but unsuccessful efforts to get my loan funded. He's an EXCELLENT communicator and very knowledgeable and gracious, a double-whammy combination! I highly recommend him and was impressed with the clarity that Finance of America Mortgage has in place, regarding quick explanatory videos, to help laypeople understand the difficult process of escrow and getting a loan to the funding point!

  I've never experienced such amazing customer service! Ashleigh is the best. We were in a time crunch, our lease was done and we needed to be out by December 31st. Ashleigh worked so hard to make this happen for us! She walked us through the process, explained everything, talked us through some potential hazards, she even went to the house and fixed and downspout because the owners weren't responding in a timely manner. She worked so hard for us. 5 stars are not enough for her. Thank you Ashleigh! You are truly amazing!

  They Sold my info after selling and transferring my loan to another terrible company and now I get endless spam from random mortgage companies and even worse mortgage company in charge of loan. Sleazy people work here. Do not recommend making financial decisions here especially if it’s your first time buying.

  Dave and his team are top performing professionals who know their stuff. They are helpful and hardworking!   Dave and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. We were first time homebuyers and they made the process as easy as possible and always answered all of my questions- and let me tell you, I had A LOT! We wanted to close early and they made that possible by working late hours and going to battle for us on multiple occasions. Dave, Melissa and Nate were all so personable and I can honestly say I will miss talking to them daily.

  I had the best home finance experience I've ever had with Ryan Hawthorne. He was quick with information and reminding me of deadlines. He was very thorough in getting me all the information to make a decision. I was able to lower my payment by $250 a month, got rid of PMI, had no payment for 2 months, and even got about $900 cash back at closing. I would highly recommend Finance America and specifically, Ryan Hawthorne, to anyone looking for an individual with character and integrity.
