  This place is a complete joke don’t ever get a car from none of them at this lot especially since they want to accuse me of having a car in my possession and I traded it in two weeks prior to that and they wanted to pursue to tell me that my payment was late because Rusty eck ford didn’t right them a check when they wanted them to but you know what I’ve never missed a payment on any of the cars I’ve bought and I’ve paid them off and look at how they wanna treat their customers it’s okay I’ll never ever do business with them ever again. I don’t recommend anyone else doing business with them as well they will screw your credit and everything else.

  They are absolutely wonderful they have helped me out alot through the trialing times of the pandemic ! I am greatful for them and have been with them last 2 years !

  Made massive mistake on my child's account! When called in to make payments they ask for last four of social security number, did NOT verify name, took payment more than once and put on another account. Then called demanding a payment, kid panicked. Arguing payments never missed . But gave them rest of paycheck. After calling me and I told them call owner, Finance Co found and corrected error....but leaving them penniless until next paycheck.... wow....I don't know what to think of that. And did they fix credit reporting for their mistake? Do the owners at Lubbers know this stuff is happening ?

  Will charge you for a vehicle that you gave back to Lubbers that they re sold and charge you 3x it's price! Do not go through them and make sure you read the fine print.
