Legend Leonard1SUPER unreliable, very unprofessional and not trust worthy AT ALL. They charge the most for fees and then tell you that they cant loan you the money after months of no contact. If you have money you dont want anymore bank with 5th 3rd, they will besure to take it from you.. DO NOT BANK WITTH 5th 3rd!!!!!

Shelli Sampson1If I could give this bank zero stars I would. Always understaffed due to bad management. Such a waste of time for a business to bank here because they make so many mistakes. They NEVER answer the phone which is terrible customer service.Take your business elsewhere.

Pete Wilson1Due to my mistake an adjustment was made on a deposit we made into a fifth third account of ours. The deposit was a check written from our account at another bank, Terre Haute Savings Bank. Fifth third deducted full amount from our THSB account but as of 23 days later has never sent the adjusted amount back to us. We have went into this location and been told it is a THSB problem and to talk to them. THSB has bent over backwards tracking this down and found that fifth third has not sent the appropriate credit through the FED. Not only have we made multiple phone calls and branch visits, THSB staff has also made calls to Fifth Third and even conferenced us in on a call to fifth third customer service that didn’t end until 5:45 pm. Everything we have tried with fifth third has failed. I’m stunned that nobody within this organization locally or at the customer service center has the ability to say “I can help with this and this is how we can help” instead the employees at the branch snipped at me because “they had already explained it to my wife” and “I have 11 years of banking experience.” We just get “it isn’t our (fidth third’s) fault” which as we have found out from the FED it sure as hell is the fault of fifth third!!! It doesn’t take 23 days to move a credit. So After decades of being a fifth third customer I’m done. When we return to Terre Haute next week we will be closing our accounts. Our business will no longer be split, all of our business will be with Terre Haute Savings Bank!

Stephanie Watson1We are selling our home and our buyer is going through this branch, we are still waiting to close almost three months after accepting an offer. All they ever have is excuses as to why it is taking so long. Everything has been in and done just waiting on them for weeks!! Today's excuse is they are trying to figure out how much taxes are with a VA exemption and without... seriously we are three months into this thing and this is what is holding you up!! Unprofessional, no communication, and SLOW!!!

Robert Sava1I have an annount at the fifth/third bank on wabash in indiana. I went there today 6/11/21, and asked them to cash a check for me. They wouldn't cash the check, and mafe me deposit it into my account. Then they tell me I can't have a penny if it until the next day.

Vicki Coleman4Very friendly staff but need to be more education about the services there, I think this bank is good for basic banking but definitely not for investment accounts. Also, I was lookin to do all my banking needs with them but have plenty of doubts now. I do quite a deal of transferring money through Zelle but is limited on a monthly basis.

Carol B1I like Fifth Third in general but this branch is the worst. Understaffed and ATM often out of service. Today the ATM was out of order. I went inside. One teller was working with a customer. The other teller window was blocked by a loan officer discussing an appraisal--no one could get by her to get to the teller. Then they were out of 100's and it took both tellers to get the cash and log it into the drawer. Meanwhile the drive in lines as well as customer inside were kept waiting. I left. Very frustrating to try to do any business here.

Stephanie Harty15/3 Bank in general has made some very large errors on our account over the years we have banked with them. Most recently, I went in to pay off a home equity loan and due to their mistake, it was not paid off. They forgot to include the interest in the payoff. I am the one that found the mistake and had to take it to them. This has been going on for 5 days and the bank manager, who said he would be taking care if it, still has yet to call me back, even after several messages left for him.

lily xun1Staff is not good, to my credit card limit is $ 500, and I told him I wanted to increase the amount he asked me to call customer service. I call customer service and they say that these are bank employees they can do this, I went back to the bank employees or let me call customer service. I am very angry, he finally said, still can not do, to re-apply for a new credit card, I I thought he was deliberately embarrass me. My God, I decided to change a bank.
