      Love banking here, everyone is extremely helpful. I Hailey is my personal bankers for my businesses and I would highly recommend her to others for personal and banking needs. Knowledgeable and patient and communicates well about their products and what would be ideal for your business set up. This is one of the few branches in Cabarrus county that has Saturday hours.

      Been banking here for years - this is my home branch. I don't bank here because of 5th/3rd per se, moreso it's that the staff is always friendly and knows me (I'm not just another nameless/faceless client). They also check in periodically to make sure you're needs are being met.

      Wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy. Way to exspensive and i just got a phone call from fifth third this morning and they said this is COURTESY CALL!!!! Letting me know my balance was seven dollars and some change in the NEGATIVE!!! Because of a MAINTENANCE FEE! REALLY??? I had three dollars and some change in my account and i GET PAID TOMORROW but now im in the NEGATIVE! Thanks FIFTH THIRD FOR HIDDEN MAINTENANCE FEES I WILL BE TAKING MY CHECK ELSEWHERE TOMORROW
