      The bank manager at this branch is unprofessional and told me to open an account somewhere else. I don't think 53rd is very appreciative of small account holders, and regional manager wasn't big help either. I have been with 53rd for a really long time and have never had any issues until now. I'm definitely looking into moving to another bank now!

      There are no longer ANY branches on the primarily minority sides of town, only on the predominantly white sides of town. There are few and fewer branches in general. I will be changing to a bank/ credit union that services the my community more equitably.

      They charge you to cash checks they have no help available for there customers they offer lots of stuff but you can't get any of it if your not good credit or good money they are useless in so many ways worse bank I ever used except for key bank
