I love, love, love this bank. I was with Bank of America for several years and it always had been a hassle but I just assumed that was how banks were. Recently, I had lost my debit card and had never experienced such demeaning, useless service as Bank of America offered me. Fifth Third was helpful and I actually got to talk to a real person! Even when I have issues with my account all I do is call, talk to them, and we can sort everything out. The accounts they gave me really help me watch my finances and I can pay ALL of my bills online. I can even cut a check to my landlord in the online banking. This particular branch has some wonderful people at it and I recommend Amanda Tobin as a personal banker if you are looking to open an account.
