Tried to close my account there and even though they said they closed it, they didn't. My account got messed up (surprise!) and they tried to charge me fees, "explaining" over and over again "what happened" (which was wrong) without listening to my response that they weren't understanding (that all attempted transactions on that account were declined so no money should have come out of it). One call to corporate and I spoke with someone who solved my problem in 5 minutes (who-- surprise!-- told me something different than the branch did about what happened to my account). Don't deal with these rude and incompetent workers when there are banks and credit unions all over West Main! SKIP COMERICA and go somewhere else.
