I have been a LOYAL Fifth Third client for over a year an a half and I cannot recommend this bank and especially this branch enough! Lines are minimal-- if any at all, the clerks are genuinely kindly and always happy to help me. The app and online banking are modern and pain-free to use. Mary Kate is an absolute pleasure to work with, any concern you have she WILL fix it and that's an experience I've never had from any other bank. I will continue to use Fifth Third exclusively they are a diamond in a sea of banks that never seem to have your best interest.

Staff is friendly. Didn't seem to be 100% ready for business when their doors opened though.
