      If you are using this branch I would advise to avoid the mortgage brokers. Very unprofessional and use predatory lending practices. One tried to lure me with one product and at the last minute, when we were close to closing, tried to force me into an inferior mortgage believing I had no recourse. Fortunately I had a backup and avoid being conned. If Fifth Third Bank allows such unscrupulous behavior I would advise everyone reading this to bank elsewhere.

      The most rude customer service I have EVER received!!! I was attempting to make a large deposit to the company I work for account. They insisted they needed my personal ID and social security number to make the deposit. As usual in life, it’s never what you say but how you say it. I said ‘did you look at the account and see that it’s a very large business account’ and the teller responded ‘ I don’t have to look at anything, it doesn’t matter what kind of account, I need your info for this deposit’. When I thought maybe a manager will be better able to effectively communicate the rules and my options, I asked for one. Well Lisa Keller who came on the monitor next was even more rude than the original teller. Her first words to me were ‘you have come in with the information requested’ no greeting how may I help nothing. She was already annoyed to have to speak with me without even hearing what I had to say. She was very short, didn’t try to offer me options (other than giving my personal info) then said she doesn’t have time for this I need to pull forward because they have customers to serve and turned off the monitor. I called back and she answered and said leave or else I’m calling the authorities. She was absolutely rude and condescending! I wouldn’t give this bank a penny of my money based on the service I received. There are many options out there that treat customers with respect and dignity. Fifth third isn’t it. POOR

      I wouldn't ever go to this branch again. Lying to valuable 5th 3rd customers is accepted at this branch. I will be going to 5th 3rd corporate with this complaint.

      It all started with the simple question of “how much is your check cashing fee?” And the woman wouldn’t inform me, she just requested that I come into the bank. Afterwards, I asked her how much will it be for the amount that I had. I told her the full amount on the check, and she replied “somewhere from 1%-4%; I don’t know” at that point I was a little frustrated and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager in the branch in which she responded with “okay” and afterward I said “okay let me talk to them” and she hung up on me. I then go to call coorprate customer service, and I proceed to tell her about the horrible customer service I just went through. She kept asking me if I was a current customer or not, and that is all she kept caring about. She did not care how poorly I was treated. So I refused to speak with her anymore, I hung up the phone and I proceeded to write this review. For anyone who is even thinking about using this bank, or currently already a customer, please consider when I tell you that this was the worst banking experience I’ve ever dealt with. I am currently a customer of Wells Fargo, and they have never treated me the way this bank has in one hour, while I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over 5 years. BEWARE OF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE P.s- after I got off the phone with them, I was able to find out the check cashing fee on google in less than 5 minutes

      What a joke. You cannot call the branch, instead you are connected to customer service in Ohio. The customer service people are terrible. My account was locked out. Now they tell me I have to drive over 89 miles round trip to prove who I am. I gave these people all the information they needed to verify me - SS# date of birth, first born, street address, where I eat for lunch etc. DOPES

      Don't recommend this bank to no one . Bank manager is way so unprofessional. She need to go back to a greeter!! The lack of professionalism is unfathomable

      Don't recommend this branch to no one. The bank manager told me at 4:15 I came in to make an appointment. I'm coming there to open a business account . This one branch I would never recommend you to no one

      If you have to make a payment late they put you on a robot call list that calls 10 times a day,and when you answer it doesn't say anything. Very unprofessional.
