  I've been with quite a few banks over the years and this bank is BY FAR the best. Their customer service is above and beyond. I know, I know-it's hard to believe after all the experiences with the other banks but it's been true for me. At this branch in particular Robert is phenomenal! After a few years of 5 star satisfaction with 5th 3rd I took my husband to open up an account. Robert gave us a business card that has a number that goes directly to him. If he is busy he always, and I mean always, calls back. But it's not just the one customer service rep that makes this bank great. I used to be a professional Petitioner and I traveled state to state for various initiatives to make it to ballot. They have solved problems for me on numerous occasions with paychecks. And they have branches almost everywhere. This is my experience with 5th 3rd.

  The clerk there is extremely rude, her name is Julie Dear! Horrible customer service, my Dad has been with this bank for 70 years. It's funny when I had something to say to her, she wouldn't even look at me. But she thinks it's ok to be extremely rude to elderly people!

  I have banked with this bank for over 5 years and have had my home branch in 2 different counties. Now I deal with the one in Hudson on 19 and I think they are great! They know me by name have always been helpful and I do not feel like a number. I have had to wait sometimes...but who doesnt the world is not catering to just me and when there is a line you simply wait your turn>..I love you guys and thanks for being a great bank in my eyes!

  We have been dealing with Fifth Third for over 10 years, have been dealing with the branch in Bayonet Point for over 5 years since we moved to Pasco County. Everyone has always been so nice, never had any problems with them. They never refuse to send a fax for us or help us get anything notarized. Everyone is very helpful and works very quickly to get done what you need done, highly recommend them.

  You walk into this bank to open a new bank account and no type of customer service. We was there for almost 15 minutes and this lady comes in and talks to one of the people sitting in the office and walks right in. I do not recommend this bank at all. People sitting in the office doing nothing and didn’t even bother to come and say anything to us. Do not even bother with this bank.

  If I could leave less than one star - I would. I deposited a $1400 check via mobile deposit yesterday. Every bank account I've ever had, a mobile deposit becomes available the next day. However, I had overdrawn the account by $2.11 the day before for which I will pay my overdraft fee. Because of this, Fifth third placed an eight day hold on my check which is good and they verified that it had cleared. I have an automatic payment coming out which means I'll have another overdraft fee and they do this at Christmas time. I called the customer service twice. The first time they referred me to the branch via the phone. My branch in Hudson, FL said they don't know why customer service would send me to them because they can't release a hold. I called customer service back and was told to go to the branch and have them verify the paper check I'd already deposited via mobile device for which I would be charged a fee and have check cashed. I rush down to my local branch where once again I'm told they don't know why customer service told me that. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! The branch was no further help either! As soon as I can I'm closing my account! Don't use Fifth Third!

  If you are looking for a first time bank, or a bank to bank with in general I suggest you litterally go to any bank BUT this one. I've never in my life had issues with a bank the way I am this one. Its always my luck I swear! This is your sign to turn away & go somewhere else. By far the worst bank I have everrrr had.

  The company I work for banks here and the people who work at this bank are always super nice. The associates always get me in and out pretty quick.

  this is the worst bank I have interacted with, deceptive balance transfer checks, charging fee to transfer, then 16% interest on top! I did the transfer over phone, not paper check. Bank employees could care less.
