  Teller’s attitude isn’t good at this branch. Quite lousy and arrogant overall. I just opened a new account with Fifth Third and this isn’t what is expected to be a new experience with a new bank. Will escalate this issue through appropriate channels and won’t recommend this branch to anyone.

  Called ahead during the week to ask what we needed for them to sign a check from our insurance company in order to pay for a new roof. Was told to come in on Saturday. We did that. Then was told there was no one there to help us and we could try to go to a different branch. Was also told at that point it would take a couple of hours to process, which wasn't told to us before over the phone. So we got two different stories. Needless to say this is very frustrating.

  I’ve deposited cash here before and it was fine then all of a sudden I deposited a larger amount of cash and the machine ate it up. Save yourself the stress and deposit with a teller. Apparently, fifth third is known for eating others mother through their flawed atm machine.

  Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru (kids were sleeping or I would have went in) just for them to tell me they can't cash/deposit my check for unknown reasons and to call a 800 number. Long story short, they entered my info wrong at the bank to verify my identity. I went to another branch and had no wait and zero problems. Even though this branch is the most convenient, the long waits are getting annoying. I'll be going to Crawfordsville Rd. from here on out.

  I opened a checking and savings account at this branch with Phil Hogan under the assumption I would receive their promotion for $200. This was in September 2017 and I never received my promotion because they claim I had to make 3 bill payments although nothing on their promotion site said so and Phil stated to me that I did not have to make a single purchase. If this was retail it would be classified as a bait and switch. I even looked up their newest promotion and it says no terms about bill payments. 5/3 has been running the same promotion for a year and for some reason I wasn't allowed to collect. Beware opening new accounts! It seems $200 is a big deal to 5/3. They can't afford to provide their promotions to clients.

  Not helpfull at all. Branch Manager tranferred my call when she was the one that should have handled my call. I was transferred so many times and the people were rather rude to me. I called 86th st branch and Alise handled my call within minutres. Unknowingly this problem has been going on since may or june. Kudos to Alise at 86th street shame to the manager at georgetown road, you transferred me one to many times.

  I appreciate and respect people time but closing at noon on a Saturday is different!! Most individuals who work Monday through Friday like to sleep in so maybe a push to 2p.m for Saturday could be afforded to customers.

  I can’t even receive checks I’ve order almost 2 months ago. There’s no sense of urgency from the workers. Will be closing my account out and moving forward to a bank that really cares for their customers.

  Kaitlyn along with everyone else is really nice but this place is filthy dead bugs and dust all over the place .. Whatever cleaning company you have is doing a terrible horrible job. You have many health code violations.

  Mary and Susan are the best. I usually don't go into the bank, but their smiling faces makes me, make that extra trip.
