  Always! Always! Always treat me like family. They have a wide range of products to offer at decent prices. They greet us when we come in ask what we're looking for show us what they have to offer and I never feel pressured into buying. I come here to shop quite a few times. Diana and J are a great team.   I brought my loved ones from North Carolina to Indianapolis and the very first stop was Circle City Pawn! We were very surprised about how clean and upkept it was! The buying process was a breeze we all bought Jewelry and an old record player I haven't had a problem with anything! They treat you like family! I will forever recommend this Pawn Shop

  Got presented with exactly what I was looking for. Ended up with an unsealed product that would've cost $100 more had I bought it from an official retailer (ie. Walmart, target, bestbuy .etc) staff were real, transparent, and all around cool. This is where it's at.

  I came in with my wife to pawn a never worn $7000 Diamond bracket with the receipt, and was only offered $300 dollars because of the weight of gold but the female sales rep didn’t place value on the diamonds. I must say if their doing deals like that it’s Highway robbery, I wouldn’t be surprised the employee quoted us so low just to get the bracket for herself. If your reading this please be aware of the value of your merchandise.

  I will never shop at this pawn shop again they sold me a fake gold 10k bracelet then they tried to convince me it wasn’t fake after I already went and gotten it checked by other jewelry stores

  Truly a great experience! Was weary about doing business with a pawn shop as I had never been to one before, however, as soon as I walked into this store I was put at ease. The employees were kind, transparent, and beyond helpful. The store is well-lit, clean, and modern with a wide array of modern and unique items. Check them out!

  I purchased my canon camera here along with two lenses. I will say that it was a good deal, however it was described to me as new in box but there were quite a few scratches on the camera body. My main problem though was that one of the lenses it came with was broken. I made the assumption it had been tested before being put up for sale and so I didn’t test it out, I only tested the one lens on the camera. I understand I should have tested it within 30 days but I just used the other lens when I was starting out. I just trusted that it worked. I wish they would have tested so they could sell it not described as new.

  I had a great experience in circle city pawn. Bought a home theater system. Walked in asked for stereos they showed me and I choose what I wanted. Store is clean and friendly. I will shop there again and send my friends there. Thank you Circle City Pawn for a great experience!!!!!
