Shay Ginger1Zuley Santiago refused to accept a post dated check, even though Fifth Third's policy allows clerks to do so (as long as it's less than 60 days prior to the check's date) and it's been done for me at this bank multiple times before.

Matt Brillhart1Very slow service at the drive thru....better plan on waiting 15 min or more. This happens ALL the time. The workers ate good. The bank is just understaffed. Way to fail again Fifth Third

erwin mamacos2I was planning to open a checking account so I can set up direct deposit for my paycheck. It was a busy day so we were in line. A guy wearing a suit helped out the guy in front of me presumably to speed up the process. I thought that was very good customer service and that I’m in the right place. I assume he is familiar with the guy in front of me judging by their conversation. However, after he took care of him, the guy in suit walked away and had me wait for my turn. I was disappointed. So, I left and open account with PNC.

Jimmy Valenzuela1No discretion!! I asked the lady for my balance and she yelled out my balance when she should printed my balance behind my receipt... other banks ask if you want your balance printed on the back of your receipt, she didn’t. Very unprofessional.
