Kings Landing5The Rock Springs/ Apopka location is hands down the best! They have gone above and beyond not only for our business account but have done so for our staff as well. Even stayed a little late to help 2 of our youngest staff members get set up with their first bank accounts. This is also the first bank in close to 10 yrs that actually has long term staff that recognizes not just management that deals with them for the company but all the staff that routinely cashes their paycheck there even if they don't have an account. Sadly you just don't find that many places.

Benita Rostel1I don’t even know where to start. A few days ago I tried paying my federal taxes with my bank debit card which they immediately put a hold on. I called the bank the next day to explain to them it wasn’t fraud that it was me that was trying to do it and told her that I ended up paying out of my bank account. Since they’ve been outsourcing their customer care calls I knew immediately the girl had no idea who the IRS was her that our taxes were due this week so what does she do, she totally canceled myDebit card without telling me or even getting my permission. I didn’t find out till I actually went into the bank and talked with an officer who told me there was nothing they could do. I told her I was I was done and then I was closing all of my accounts.The next day when I went in to close my savings account she saw me never apologize I said I’m so sorry absolutely nothing and I could tell by the tellers treatment of me that she had told her what it happened. So if you’re smartI advise you to think twice before using this bank.

Barb Peters5I have been banking with 5/3rd for over 20 years and at the Apopka location since they opened up. I have never had any problems at all. Staff are friendly and have answered any questions I had.... even gave my dog a bone at the drive thru! Just called and pushed 3 to speak with a representative and got right through, too! Five stars from me!

L R1I've tired 3 times to call this bank about $52.50 that was credited to my account. All 3 times the recording said wait times will be 18-25 minutes. Like clock work the line went dead all 3 times at 25 minutes. WHAT A HORRIBLE BANK! I 'D BURN MY MONEY BEFORE GIVING IT TO THIS BANK AGAIN. AT LEAST I'D GET COMFORT FROM THE HEAT OF THE FIRE!!. I'm reporting your useless bank to the Florida Attorney General! I've already wasted 1 1/4 hour of my precious time. Your bank needs to be out of business with this lack of customer service!! Absolute WORST bank I've EVER dealt with!

Alma Cuevas1If I could give them I negative number I would but that's not possible. there customer service is none existent. I will take my loan and transfer it to another bank after witnessing first hand, how they treat their customers. All in all end goal is money not customer satisfaction.

Donna King1I am at this bank at least once a week making a deposit. Rarely am I ever thanked, which kind of grates on my nerves. I am told to have a good day, but rarely thank you. I am in customer service and I try to remember to thank each and every customer, and I see approximately 100 to 150 customers a day. Also they have water bottles at the drive-through lined up, I have never been offered a bottle of water. I don’t want the bottle of water but I want the offer of a bottle of water. I even have ridden my bike there walked into the lobby sweaty and hot and was not offered a bottle of water. Is the water for certain customers? Certain transactions? I don’t know

Kearra Robinson2After weeks of calling me, i finally made the appointment to come in. My appointment was rescheduled 6 minutes before start time. Luckily i checked my email before walking in. The personal banker could’ve at least called since it was so close to start time. I like 5/3, but not this branch.
