  This place is a joke... the Somalian lady at the drive thru is by far one of the rudest people I’ve come into contact with. My bank breaks at work are starting to become an issue when I’m sitting at the bank for 45 mins! My receipt says she was teller #6 .

  Every time I go thru the spaceship doors I am welcomed with hellos! I appreciate the friendly staff and that they all seem to work together to get people in and out....even when they get them surly, mouthy, and rude ones... Now if they'd just accidentally slide a couple million dolla dolla bills in my account, that'd be swell .... ;)

  I'd rather give my money to a dope addict than deal with the idiot employees at this bank. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes while the google played on the computer. I had to start honking my horn to get her attention. Never again.

  Very slow service. Expect a drive thru deposit to take minimum 15min. Last week took me almost 30 Min to deposit.

  The staff is friendly with the customers. But some of the staff seem like they do not know what they are doing. The service is a quick process unlike other banks. I would rate higher but they need to change some things.

  I called this morning and spoke with the guy I open my accounts with to get some information and he was very rude and disrespectful with his reply, I have to much money with this bank to go though this when I call for information.

  They hate us.Women ahead of me in drive up said she had been waiting for 10 minutes after I walked up to see what was the hold up.Women at window was rude so I went to different branch.This place needs to be closed or hire people who cares about the customer.Never ever go here again.I have been a loyal customer for many years but I went to the wrong branch.These people need to go somewhere else to work.
