  I have been banking with this branch ever since 5/3 took it over and I have had a few issue over the years with 5/3 policies but have always received excellent customer service from employees at this branch friendly and very helpful every time I have been there.

  Went in upset because our bank account had been hacked! Lekiesha was very RUDE! They was short on tellers but I didn't see anyone with a customer! I've been a customer for 20 years. I left there crying and extremely upset! Will not go back to that branch.

  Been a customer for 23 years. Stopped in today to link our checking account to our savings account (could not be done online). The office closed at noon, arrived at 11am, waited in line for 10 minutes, was told by the teller we would have to see a “banker” to link the accounts. There were 3 customers waiting for the banker and was told we should make an appointment, since they close at noon, and she would “hate” to see us wait 50 minutes when they close and sent away without linking the accounts. Apparently, I would have to leave at noon, and come back, if the banker did not get to me for before closing at noon. This is not my expectation of good customer service and will not go to this location again. Also will be looking at other banking options Monday.

  If I could give minus stars I would. Came in with the intention to open a checking and savings account with them. Sat for 15min before a lady came and said someone be with you. Saw 3 people just sitting in their office doing nothing. 1 person seems like the branch manager or something coming out feom his office, standing besides line of customers going to tellers. Treating and speaking with them. Saw me and my daughter sitting there but at no point did he come over and ask me if anyone has helped me or if he can help me with anything. Going to open my account with someone that wants my personal and business money.
