  I only use the Moraine branch for shared branching transactions, but everyone is always so friendly, accurate, & helpful. Disregard the negative reviews as I haven't had one negative experience in over two years of history with them. Keep up the good work ladies !

  Decided to try them for a new credit union, ended up closing our account only after 2 months! Took over four weeks and three times them shipping my debit card to finally get one.....what happened to the others that you mailed me? Never did see my checks they supposedly set three times. Charged me $5 a month for che king account we couldn't even use.......TOTAL waste of time!

  I love the customer service at Daymet in Moraine , they are so kind , especially Diane and Mindy they have always been very kind , patient and curtious to me .   The people here are always very helpful and friendly. I go here at least once a week, and I've never had a bad experience. Also, Mrs. Carrol is a sweetheart and is always helping me with a smile on her face. :)

  I came to this location waited several minutes and not getting waited on the drive-thrus backed up with somebody I don't know what they're doing I don't understand why they can't service their customers in a correct manner when I call to complain they act like they don't care. I would not recommend this financial institution.

At times we have influxes of traffic at both of our branches and our front line staff works diligently to serve our members as quickly as they can. We encourage members to utilize self-service avenues, when possible. Things like online banking, remote check deposit, and ATMs can help you avoid any long lines.   I normal go to the branch on Wagner Ford Rd. and believe you me I am seriously thinking of switching banks. The customer service that is given makes you feel as you not important to them. When you call the numbers to try and contact them you have to leave messages and no one ever gets back to you. POOR service & Poor attitudes, disrespectful to foreign cultures. I don't think I need to go on and would just tell anyone to go some place else.
