  I have had a relationship with 5/3 for ten/twenty years. I keep my bills paid and shuffle my credit use often. I realized I had not used it in quite awhile and went to use it. Imagine my chagrin when it was denied Almost 45 minutes on the phone only to have a philipino tell me too bad we don't have to tell you

  The ATM needs checked out. Couldn't handle more than 1 bill at a time when depositing cash.

  This is the worst bank I have ever had gave me the run around all day and withholding my whole paycheck for a week after I have deposited multiple checks from same business was also hung up on multiple times nvr have I ever Ben a fifth-third happy with this bank do not I repeat do not go with this bank go elsewhere
