David Donovan1I am a commercial customer and have no choice but to bank with FifthThird. I don't understand why they try to use 2 tellers to run 2 stations inside the bank and 3 drive thru lanes. Saturday, I had to run to the bank to get some change (because they will only give 1 tray of coins per day!!). I got there at 9:30 am and waited in line for 25 mins. They had 8 in line ahead of me and all 3 drive thu lanes running. I'd have gotten better faster service if I stood in the drive thru lane. This seems to be a common practice. For a commercial customer, i don't have that much time out of my own store.

Sun1The secretary’s there have no clue in helping you get a Loan . And they don’t even return your calls to verify loan being declined !!! I Will instead go to a real bank to help me get a loan ! So stop sending me your junk spam mail about refinancing my home !! I have enough junk mail to deal with .👎🏻

Peter15/3 called me over 7 times a day for a payment that was already made. Then they charged a $30.00 late fee. I'm closing all my accounts and going elsewhere. Also I got a letter saying 5/3 employees stole my social security number and birthday information and 5/3 said that I had to sign up for their 5/3 Identity Alert program. To top it off a couple of months ago someone stole my debit card information and bought hundreds of dollars of gasoline and 5/3 only gave me a portion of my money back. Will be closing all my accounts with 5/3.

Jamie Hembree1After months of dealing with a (late credit card payment that was never late) finally recieved a call letting me know 5/3 was completely wrong just like I said. Completely screwed while credit while looking at houses. Then, after finally fixing that, the atm steals my money at 5/3 and I get a fricking attitude. They know it’s a problem, refuse to fix it, and yet they don’t even put any warnings on it. She said “yeah, happens all the time with this machine” be sure to tell that to my kids while we all sit at home this weekend. Coming to 5/3 was a huge mistake. Time to cancel and just move all my business acct and credit stuff over to suncoast. My wife never has problems over there. 5/3 is a joke.

Leah Siverio1I do not recommend this bank. This morning I went through the drive thru to cash out $200. It wouldn’t work, so I tried again cause I thought maybe it was a glitch, and then it says I cashed out $400 yet they only have me $200. I call the bank and they said it would take 4 days until they could help me, and they would have to open a case.

Jennifer Reed1I have stayed away from this branch for months now. Three times I went through their broken ATM and 3 times it took all of my money and said it was less than it was. Ok. So lesson learned. Go to the branch off Hancock and Pine Island instead. Luckily the Bank itself gave me my money back. So yesterday 12/5/2017 I come back to this branch because I’m in the area and need to take cash out. I went INSIDE (how could they mess that up right?!) well guess what..this morning my account is negative because even though I only took out a certain amount..they ran the transaction twice!! It shows the same sequence number and I was only give the money once! I’m over this branch. They need new management! It’s not ok to do this to your customers! So once again I’ll be calling back the 800 number today AND NEVER again will I step foot in this bank!

Sara Panicali1Bunch of bs we have other things to do besides sit at a bank for this long. The one lady in the side rooms was rude and a wait of 50 minutes just to have something notarized is outrageous and the part that bothers me no line and the same person that was in there from when I walked into the bank almost an hour ago is still in there. Definitely wont be coming back here anymore to this location it happens again i will definitely be switching to another bank.
