      So I originally wrote this btanch a horrible review. But i had to come back and change it acter meeting MELISSA SHE WAS AMAZING. She was the first person i fell like heard me. She actually listened to my concern and was willing to help me. She said right up front I am not sure if we can fix this and if we can how to but give me a little time to find out. She got back to me and she had an answer. For the first time someone could help. The compay is lucky to have you and they should have more. YOU HAVE MY BUSSINESS !!!!!!

      The worst customer service branch ever. Because they close at 5 and we walked in at 4:15pm we needed to make an appointment for the next day. The branch manager was on a conference call and the other rep was was with a bank member. The teller went and asked the branch manager if we could wait to speak with the other rep regarding opening an account and the branch manager Fabrisco raised his voice to the point that we heard it in the lobby. No we are not taking anyone. Have them make an appointment and resumed his conference call. Unacceptable and rude. I apologized to the teller that he got that way. And she shrugged her shoulders as if it was ok.

      This 1-star review is for the conglomerate 5/3 Bank. The branch itself would receive a 5-star rating. After opening an account last week, there was a problem with sending money through Zelle. After 2.5 hours on the phone with 4 different people, I am now locked out of my online access AND phone access, to include calling the 800 number because I don't have access to my account numbers....because I'm locked out. They said my social security number (which truly is never supposed to be used as an identifier, but, hey, I guess no one cares about that anymore) and my PIN don't match, then they said I don't have a PIN, then they said I do have a PIN, so why wasn't it working. Each time, I was sent off to automated system-land where I had no idea what I was supposed to be trying to do, and ultimately was told I had to call the 800 number for help because I was being locked out. When I went online to try to remedy the situation, it told me to call the 800 number for help because I was being locked out. I needed to do shopping last night, and wasn't able to because I have no access to my own money. This is not ok, and I will be going in this morning to close my accounts. Do NOT use 5/3 Bank.

      Very bad experience at this branch. The person who opened my account wasn’t knowledable at all, it took 2.5hrs and later I realized he didn’t scan the documents onto the profile so we had to redo all of it again!! Also they messed up in tax forms and that led to more problems. The manager Sarah Mussard is very impolite and irresponsible. Never appologized or returned the VMs. Avoid this bank and especially this branch by all means to avoid headaches.

      Unfriendly staff. I have to use this bank for my job and everyday i come to make a deposit the staff never says a word. No hi, no bye, no thank you. Nothing. They make you feel awkward and uninvited.

      I was having a great day until I went to the bank chapter about a simple overcharge fee that I did not feel was right the manager Alex insulted me was very rude I kept talking to me like I refuse to understand I said if you want to treat me like that closed my account and you just lost a client he showed his soldiers pointed at my account and laugh and said oh well guess if Bank does not want the little guys here
