  This bank has poor customer service - the bald male bank teller who works on Wednesday afternoons is pompous and conceited.

  I have been with 53rd Bank since they opened here in Tampa. I became disabled in 2014 and have since always had direct deposit. I got overdraft fees of $37 for a $1 charge. Then I got $40 in fees $10 a week for being overdrawn. I get DIRECT DEPOSIT EVERY MONTH. They would not assist me to recuperate some of these non sense charges especially the length of time I've been with them, monthly direct deposit from social security. I feel that is very unprofessional especially during this time of pandemic. I was told by customer service that I should change my bank being they can't help me. Let's exploit from the disabled and the elderly. If you are on a fixed income you may want to look at other banking options, they don't care about keeping long and loyal customers happy and surviving. Poor customer service. I'm being generous giving 2 stars and only because there are a few representatives that will help you.

  I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE this branch I used to live 2 minutes away from this location I now live 30-45 minutes away and still drive here for their excellent service. Everyone is so nice here and satisfy their customer needs. I haven't had a problem with them and been with this bank for three years. There could be a 5/3 across from my home and i'm still driving half an hour for this location's service. I love everyone there they treat you like family especially Mrs. Ayolbi was so helpful and made me feel like home. I would recommend a hundred times more.

  Reccommend. I had to wait a little due to rush but I think staff compensated for it by processing my new account application superfast. Tiffany was very cooperative and ensured that I have every necessary information about my new account. She was super smart and super fast in getting my account ready. I would definitely reccommend fifth third bank.

  Worst Bank for Mortgage Loans. They are irresponsible and do not respect what is agreed in the contracts.
