She's extremely thorough and patient and displayed an excellent attitude while opening my first account here. The drive-through is always pleasant, and everyone is super friendly.

B VISIBLE CYCLING by JBN Solutions1Worst Manager (Karen Velasquez)wont accept my deposit because is five cents over and she will not give five cents back, this is the only person in the bank that is giving me problems, been coming to this bank for 4 years daily, I have 3 Merchant account and I have to deposit daily, but the manager is the worst, Feel bad for other employees that are really nice people and courteous.

Richard Bequette1Horrible experience. Went in to cash a check, but I'm not an account holder. They charged me an exorbitant amount of money to cash the check, waaaaay more than any other bank. Spoke to the manager who basically said (in nicer words) "tough $hit". Gave me the old, insincere, "Have a nice day" as I was walking out of the bank. I'm not sure how they think treating non- account holders like this would ever make someone want to open an account there. I would never do business with this bank.

Rubi Gonzalez5Amazing drive thru experience! The cashier was so nice and the manager I think her name is karen was very helpful. I say you give those ladies a rise! $40 an hour! Pay them more. Big bonuses!!! And the guy that was arrested I hope you weren't robbing the bank! SHAAAMMMEEE!

Alta King1They constantly screw up our accounts when we deposit money from checks. They deposit in savings instead of checking every.single.time! It's very irritating that they cant seem to follow directions, even with all the info they need in front of them.This has caused us to not get the home loan we were seeking because fifth third has deposited checks in the wrong account, I have to go in and get it transferred to the correct one and the lender wants to know why it looks like I'm laundering money. Smfh Thanks a lot for nothing!

Fire Snake1Not sure what's going on here, but this is the 3rd bad review for a bank I've had to post in the last week. If I could leave a negative review for Paypal on Google that would make it 4. I guess it's no shocker banks are criminal organizations based on the financial crises of 2008 and subsequent bailout. Maybe I just needed to see first hand how deep the corruption goes it case I ever came into a windfall of cash. I can say now with 100% certainty that money will never see a bank account. We're at that point people. Get a home safe. Bolt it to the floor. A couple large dogs. And a shotgun. The bandits have taken over.
