  Couldn't be more disappointed in 5th 3rd. Over a 3 day holiday weekend I deposited money that they didn't post till Tuesday. However they had no problem deducting funds from my account which is now overdrawn! Oh, PLUS they charged me $74 in overdraft fees! This is the LAST thing I needed after being unemployed for 9 months

  100% satisfaction My whole Family has banked at Fifth Third Bank for many years. I work in customer service and rate the staff outstanding each and every visit inside and drive thru great leadership. Thank you for all you do!!

  Worst bank ever. No customer service. They out source to other companys for things like fraud detectiction and there's no communication. I wouldn't use this bank if they paid me. Going in first thing monday morning to cancel my account. Had to take the day off work because apparently my social, address, card number, phone number, zip code, and address of the bank I opened the account at still isn't enough to verify my identity. Activated my samsung pay yesterday (friday) and used it once and they locked my card for fraud detection. Now on my only weekend off I can't even access my money because they're not opened weekends. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to wells Fargo. My boyfriend's been there 5 years and has never had a problem like this.

  I live in Ft. Myers but bank at this branch in Cape Coral simply because these people do ALL they can to help me with my needs. I could site different instances of above & beyond service. Thank You Fifth Third.

  This branch is about a fifth/third worse than my wells fargo bank. Holding the money hostage. It's called a withdrawal, people do it all the time...
